Wenn Sie die von Ihnen gekaufte Matratze innerhalb von 100 Tagen durch eine andere Matratze ersetzen möchten, können Sie sich zunächst an unseren Kundendienst wenden und eine Umtauschanfrage stellen. Auf diesen Antrag hin wird Ihnen die erste Matratze zurückgegeben. Wenn Sie ein anderes Modell oder eine andere Matratzengröße kaufen möchten, wird die Differenz zwischen dem Preis der zuerst gekauften Matratze und dem Preis der neuen Matratze, die Sie wählen, berechnet. Wenn das erste Bett teurer ist, wird Ihnen die Differenz erstattet. Wenn die als Ersatz gewählte Matratze teurer ist, wird der Differenzbetrag an uns gezahlt, die neue Matratze bestellt und das Produkt an Sie versandt.
Wenn Sie die gekaufte Matratze zurückgeben und einen Umtausch beantragen möchten, werden 30 % des Preises für die zweite Matratze, die Gegenstand des Umtauschs ist, abgezogen und 70 % erstattet. Die 100-tägige Probezeit ist ein Recht, das für die erste von Ihnen gekaufte Matratze gewährt wird. Für jedes Produkt, das nach der ersten Matratze geändert und zurückgegeben wird, wird ein Preisnachlass von 30 % gewährt.
