All your orders received by 14:00 will be shipped by DHL Express or Spedition Cargo, depending on the size of the mattress. We will deliver your package within 3 working days from the date of your order. All shipping costs for your mattress orders are free of charge.

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you and your child will love your new Hibboux products. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, we will gladly take back any mattress purchased on our website within 100 days of purchase. Upon delivery, you will have received a plastic sheet in which to repack the mattress. Once our customer service department has received your report, we will inform our transport company and they will contact you to arrange a collection date.

All returns will be refunded to the original payment method once we have received the item in our warehouse. Depending on the payment method used at the time, it may take up to 5-10 working days for the payment to be processed on your account.
