If you wish to replace the mattress you have purchased with another mattress within 100 days, you can first contact our customer service department and submit an exchange request. Following this request, the first mattress will be returned to you. If you wish to purchase a different model or mattress size, you will be charged the difference between the price of the first mattress you purchased and the price of the new mattress you choose. If the first bed is more expensive, you will be refunded the difference. If the mattress chosen as a replacement is more expensive, the difference will be paid to us, the new mattress ordered and the product shipped to you./p>
